Raymond has developed agro-based business kits for small to medium scale enterprises. The kits combine hardware with operating information for field production and post harvest processing of agricultural materials.
Raymond has co-authored a range of practical trainers guides including “Small-Scale Solar Drying of Fruits and Vegetables” and “Small Scale Oil Processing” produced by the FAO.
Kudakwashe is a skilled artesan who has had many years working in the Zimbabwean economy. He has been a member of the Zimbabwe Solar Dryer team since our inception in 2014, and was promoted to workshop manager in 2018.
Newton worked for many years with small-scale and communal farmers in developing sustainable natural farming methods. This was undertaken while working with the Ministry of Agriculture (Agritex), the Zimbabwe Farmers' Union (ZFU) and various small non-governmental organisations.
